Barbecue Chicken Pizza with Garlic Crust Recipe

I hate to say it, but I'm pretty sure we have just concocted one of the 17 all-time greatest pizzas ever made. Even old Earnest Stubb would be proud. Prepare to forget everything you ever knew about barbecue chicken pizza...

What You Need:

Barbecue Sauce (Preferably Stubb's Smokey Mesquite BAR-B-Q Sauce...the best eva)
Honey
Brown Sugar
1 Whole Onion
Shredded Cheese (we used mexican style and italian)
2-3 Cups Pulled Chicken (we bought a cooked whole chicken that we at the grocery store to use)
Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Pizza Crust

How To Concoct:

Slice your onion up and saute it over medium heat. Add about a tablespoon of honey and brown sugar to the onions and let them carmelize. Cook your chicken if you didn't buy a big pre-cooked chicken from the store (which you should have done because it makes life 3.6x easier). And if you did buy a pre-cooked chicken, pat yourself on the back, de-skin that nasty thang and tear it up. We had a cereal bowl full of chicken that we added to the pizza. Now add your chickens to the onions and sprinkle some BBQ sauce over the whole kaboodle. Put on low heat.

Spread olive oil on the pizza crust. Then cover it with barbecue sauce and add your minced garlic to the crust. Now tell yourself you are loved and are a pretty cool person and. Then check on your carmelized onions and chicken to make sure they haven't exploded. Word.

Now cover that mudda crust with yo cheez.

Add the onions and chicken to the pizza.

Then sprinkle some mo cheese on dur. Put 'er in the oven on whatever degrees and forever how long the constructions on the back of your pizza crust says.

Now prepare to be terrorized by the greatest pizza you have ever made.

Thank us later (some Funfetti Cake will do).

Chancehold out.
