We bailed on the U.S. for Mexico (how often do you hear of that happening?) It was seriously one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen and we had a total blast. We laid around at the pools, went on a snorkeling cruise and sunset/dinner cruise, rented a jeep and drove it up the coast to go surfing, went horseback riding, and ate some crazy good food. We need to go back like about once every 7 months.
